What's Your Story with Jaime & Stan

From Fear to Intuition: Embracing Your Psychic Ability with Jana Stern

Episode Summary

What if psychic ability isn’t reserved for a gifted few, but something everyone can learn to recognize? Psychic healer and medium Jana Stern joins Jaime Marco and Stan Brown to share how childhood sensitivity, trauma, a near-death experience, and years of suppressing what she was hearing eventually led her to embrace her intuitive abilities. Jana explores psychic literacy, mediumship, Human Design, energetic boundaries, and practical ways to become more aware of signs and messages from loved ones who have passed.

Episode Notes

What if the intuition you’ve learned to dismiss is actually something you can strengthen?

In this episode of What’s Your Story?, Jaime Marco and Stan Brown welcome Canadian psychic healer and medium Jana Stern for an open conversation about psychic ability, intuition, trauma, mediumship, spirituality, and learning to trust your own inner awareness.

Jana describes herself as an emotional projector in Human Design and says she has been highly sensitive and “tapped in” since childhood. She recalls hearing crystals, receiving information intuitively, sensing other people’s emotions, and often knowing what friends needed to hear before she understood those experiences as psychic or intuitive. At the same time, growing up with a biological father who experienced schizophrenia made hearing voices something she learned to fear and suppress.

In her 20s, Jana experienced an eating disorder, significant mental-health struggles, and a suicide attempt that led to what she describes as an 11-minute near-death experience. She recalls encountering her great-grandmothers and being given a choice to return—an experience that became a turning point in how she understood her life and abilities.

From there, Jana immersed herself in therapy alongside the study of metaphysics, astrology, Kabbalah, meditation, and Quantum Human Design. Rather than viewing psychic ability as something available only to mediums, Jana now teaches what she calls psychic literacy—her belief that everyone has intuitive capacity but may have been conditioned not to recognize or trust it. She compares developing those abilities to strengthening a muscle through repetition and awareness.

The conversation also explores the importance of energetic boundaries. Jana explains that earlier in her life she sometimes felt compelled to approach strangers when she believed she was receiving messages from their deceased loved ones. Over time, she learned to create stronger boundaries around when and how she engages in mediumship, helping her protect her own emotional and mental well-being. She also discusses why she does not believe in delivering frightening predictions or “bad news,” emphasizing free will and personal choice instead.

Jana even demonstrates her process during the episode, describing a feminine presence she feels around Jaime and Stan and explaining how, in her experience, spirit communication works like a switchboard—connecting the person receiving the message with someone meaningful from their life.

For listeners wondering how to connect with someone who has passed, Jana offers a surprisingly simple starting point: get quiet, remove distractions, think specifically about the person, and establish a meaningful symbol connected to your relationship. She shares examples including dream catchers, ladybugs, coins, dates, and repeating numbers, encouraging listeners to notice what appears and decide what meaning those signs hold for them.

Jana also describes her work with clients as a kind of “psychic boot camp,” combining intuitive development with an exploration of childhood conditioning, personal stories, astrology, Human Design, and the beliefs that may keep people from fully expressing who they are.

Whether you consider yourself deeply spiritual, naturally intuitive, or completely skeptical, this conversation offers a fascinating look at one woman’s journey from fearing her sensitivity to building a life and career around it.

Hello, Dad.

0:05

>> I understand today may be an experience of a little talk, but more.

0:10

>> Yes, I told you a little bit about our our guest today. I mean, I feel like we

0:14

could chat a little bit about what's going on, but I'm so excited for this

0:17

guest. So, she's joining us from Canada. Pretty pumped. I've never met her

0:21

before. And I say we just let her in and kind of go from there. What do you

0:25

think? I

0:25

>> just want to know if you communicate by thoughts, how much does a thought weigh?

0:30

What? Okay, we're letting you in.

0:37

No, you say things sometimes and I'm like like where does that thought come

0:41

from?

0:41

>> Hello. Hello.

0:43

>> Where does that thought come from?

0:45

>> You heard?

0:46

>> Valid.

0:46

>> You heard me. Oh,

0:48

>> I didn't hear the thought, but I heard the where does that thought come from?

0:51

>> You're lucky you didn't like it. I don't even know. It's so nice to meet you.

0:56

Hello. I I was waiting on another link.

1:01

>> Oh, that's I don't know.

1:03

>> It was very strange.

1:05

>> Yeah.

1:05

>> And then I got your email and I was like it said waiting for host to join and I

1:08

was like okay. And then I was like

1:10

>> sorry. You know what? Technology is just you know

1:14

>> I taught her all I could but I fell

1:17

>> about technology. Oh boy.

1:19

>> Started with the epicus. One two still works. Still works.

1:26

too.

1:29

>> Well, it's so nice to meet you. Thank you for being our guest. We're gonna get

1:33

into the story in a minute.

1:34

>> We like to start off all of our conversations with our guest. First of

1:37

all, audience, listeners, meet Janna Stern. Is it Jana? Am I saying it

1:40

correctly?

1:41

>> You say it. Yep. Yep. You got it.

1:43

>> Is that a Howitzer or a professional microphone?

1:46

>> It's a professional microphone. It's a road mic.

1:49

>> Looks great.

1:50

>> But it has I've I've adorned it with a little crystal crown.

1:54

>> Oh, I love that. listener, if you can't, if you were listening on Amazon or

1:57

you're listening on Apple or Spotify, go to YouTube, watch the video because

2:01

you'll see the cool microphone. I thought you said something about

2:03

>> Stern and we have the best looking guest, so just log on fast.

2:08

>> Also, 9 million crystals behind me, so that

2:12

>> usually I have a light that lights up, but it died three minutes before this

2:15

call.

2:16

>> Of course.

2:17

>> Of course. Well, I am like so pumped to talk to you because I just like I've

2:22

looked at your website and I just think you're fascinating. So, but before we

2:25

do, let's ask you this question. On a scale of 1 to 10, what is your number

2:30

today? A 10 is it's a day where there's not a worry in the world. Everything is

2:34

wonderful, sunshine, rainbows, just amazing.

2:37

>> To a one being a day that you shouldn't be peeping. So, and you can use

2:42

decimals. So, what would be your

2:44

>> I 9.7 today, but I was earlier this week I was like a solid two. So, you know,

2:50

it's

2:51

>> Okay. Well, yeah.

2:52

>> Kudos to us.

2:53

>> Yeah. You're welcome. No, I'm kidding. Well, so what would it take? And not

2:57

that we have have to increase a lot, but like you know, obviously you were two

3:00

earlier this week and now you're 9.7. What are some of those things that need

3:04

to happen in your world to help you go 0.25 higher?

3:08

>> Um, well, usually time with people that I care about helps. Um or sometimes time

3:15

alone just like letting myself be twoing for a little while and just feel the

3:22

feeling of like this is not the day. Um, and then you know usually I mean for me

3:29

I'm I don't know if you guys have context for this but I'm an emotional

3:32

projector in human design which is to say the emotions come in waves and they

3:37

come and they go and so the more that I'm like all right we're in the part

3:41

part where the wave is taking me under and I'll just go with the undertoe and

3:46

hope not to die like is that like it being like an

3:49

empath almost?

3:51

>> It's exactly like being an empath. Yes. Mhm.

3:54

>> And so we'll get into what you do now, but that is something that I feel like

3:58

you discover in your life pretty early on, you know, and I'm starting to see I

4:02

have a 10-year-old and I'm starting to kind of see that she connects in a way

4:06

like that, which can be a challenge as well to like that the drive of the

4:11

emotions. It's also, you know, the age of where um, you know, premenstrual

4:14

things are probably happening too.

4:16

>> Yes. Yeah. Or at least hormonal things.

4:17

>> Yeah. Hormonal. Yeah. Yeah. But what age were you when you realized that you have

4:22

that emotional connection to feelings?

4:24

>> Oh my god. So

4:26

>> your room.

4:28

>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Like what age did I realize I was emotional? It was like

4:31

infancy. Um I was always an emotional kid and I was always a kid who could tap

4:37

in. Um I have a schizophrenic father biologically. Um and

4:43

that you know that kind of trauma results in a very sensitive child, a kid

4:50

who is very very tapped in, constantly reading the room, what is safe, what's

4:54

not safe, right? So it's it's both. I was always a kid who could hear

4:57

crystals. I could always tap in, but my father heard voices. So hearing voices

5:03

was like not super safe. And so there were many different factors in my life

5:07

of like, yeah, tap in, but don't tap in. you're really really gifted but not

5:11

>> don't be too gifted, right? And then the sensitivities and the extra sensory

5:16

perceptions got shoved down and pushed away. But

5:21

thankfully this generation, your kids generation, they have this incredible

5:25

gift of having a bunch of parents with Pluto and Scorpio. I'm saying a lot of

5:29

different things, but

5:30

>> our generation has this understanding of the way that we parent our children is

5:37

totally different than the way that we were parented.

5:39

>> Right, Dad?

5:41

>> We'll talk about my generation next.

5:43

>> Yeah. Well, it's just the world.

5:46

>> Yeah. The world has changed and it's it's fascinating. So, I want to dive

5:50

into that a bit. So, um, at what age were you when you realized that your

5:54

father had and I is it would be considered like a mental illness? I

5:57

mean,

5:57

>> totally. It's 100% a mental illness. Um,

6:00

>> I don't want to use words that are you I just don't know what's clear. But

6:03

>> I don't I don't do the like I don't do the pretentious version of like, you

6:08

know, mental health struggles. Like he was crazy my whole life before people

6:15

talked about mental health.

6:17

>> Okay.

6:17

>> Never treated. Oh, very treated in and out of institutions my whole life. And

6:22

actually like my life was really about setting those boundaries, realizing how

6:27

unhealthy he was. But that was part of my awareness and my consciousness even

6:32

before I knew it was part of my consciousness. I was two and a half the

6:35

first time he was institutionalized. And when my parents split, I was four. And

6:39

my mom had me and two babies, like my younger brothers. So there were three of

6:46

us under four. So, three babies that were all her kids plus she also had we

6:54

had two huskys and six puppies. There was a lot. My mother was a superhero.

6:58

Um, and my dad was very unwell. He was in and out, in and out, in and out of

7:03

hospital and having many psycho psychotic episodes. Um, and it was so I

7:10

didn't know that that's what it was. It was my normal. But then of course he was

7:15

institutionalized and they got divorced. And then my stepdad came into our lives

7:20

very quickly about nine months later. And so that then became a whole dialogue

7:27

around well, you know, daddy isn't well and and then the change of all those

7:32

things and and then eventually taking my stepdad's last name and he adopted us

7:36

and and we were raised by him and I call him dad and he is the dad known but my

7:42

biological father was always unwell and so there was this like really

7:46

interesting polarity about my lifetime which was I am tapped in with this

7:52

person. And the story around my father and I is so wild because later in life,

7:58

he walked from Toronto during the pandemic to his mother's house in

8:03

Florida. And we all we know is he was missing for 9 days. We don't know what

8:09

happened, where, how he got there. He was just They called me on day three of

8:15

him not being in his home in Toronto. They were like, "He's missing for 48

8:19

hours. Do you think we should call the police?" And I was like, "Uh-huh." And

8:23

then like seven days after that, he showed up at his mother's house. And

8:27

then

8:28

>> he knew where he was going. He was making great time.

8:31

>> He's lived there since he was a teenager. Right. So

8:34

>> when she when he got there, she was like, I can't handle this. And for four

8:39

years, he was basically homeless. And then one day I went to go visit her and

8:46

astrologically what was happening was there was a full moon and Saturn which

8:50

rules the patriarchy and daddy had moved off of my son and I walked across the

8:56

bridge to our home and I was screaming to the heavens, "Okay, dad, I'm home.

9:01

Dad, come home." And the following night at 2:00 in the morning on the full moon,

9:05

he showed up at our front door. It is totally inexplicable. So he's also very

9:11

psychically connected and very gifted and very

9:14

>> Yeah. Well, and like it's a thin line.

9:17

>> Yeah. Well, like there's got to be that like Yeah, because like you think about

9:20

like the beautiful mind with Russell um with

9:22

>> Correct. That's exactly it,

9:23

>> right? Like was he really I mean like I'm not saying he's not schizophrenic,

9:26

but like there it must be you were saying that you're tapped in and you're

9:29

hearing voices. That's got to be really scary at the same time.

9:35

>> Yeah. So tell us about like what age were you when you started to hear voices

9:39

and how do those show up?

9:41

>> So they like I say they were always there for me. I could always hear

9:45

crystals. So my father's my biological father's father and my biological's

9:50

mother's father collected crystals and they're behind me.

9:54

>> Okay.

9:54

>> And I could hear them as a child. They would

9:57

>> they would sing to me. They would they would tell me stories. It was literally

10:01

like I didn't know any different that I could hear them. and not everybody else

10:06

could.

10:06

>> Okay. So, like a voice actually like coming out and telling you a story.

10:10

>> Okay. I always Yes. But it doesn't sound like your voice sounds. It sounds

10:15

somewhere between a voice and the ringing in your ears that you hear. It's

10:20

somewhere in between that. Okay. I call it my inner listening. We all have

10:25

different perceptions of reality. And for me, my listening is activated. I

10:30

have a Gemini moon, which is to say Gemini rules the thoughts and so the

10:36

sounds coming in sound noisy and it expresses differently for everybody. And

10:41

the little ones, the kids, they're all tapped in in this magical way that I

10:44

love. So I was very, very, very, very little when I knew that I could do

10:49

things, but I didn't know that I was doing things. I was just doing things. I

10:53

just was Jana. And then as I got older, it became very clear through what I was

11:00

hearing about my father that he was hearing voices that his psychosis and

11:05

his psychic psyche were all muddled. There was a mess in there. And so I for

11:15

many years pushed away all of those things. And then in my 20s I had

11:21

manifested an eating disorder to try to take control. And then I tried to take

11:25

my own life to get out of this reality because it was too much. And I was like,

11:30

okay, what do I need to do when I when I came back into my body, I was like, they

11:35

said I was given a choice and to come back. And when I came back, I was like,

11:39

all right, I got to make sense of this because that what you're talking about,

11:43

A Beautiful Mind. I remember watching that movie and sobbing hysterically

11:46

because it was very much the truth of my father. He is brilliant. the things that

11:52

he thinks, the way that his mind works is inconceivable, but it's literally not

11:57

of this earth. He's in a higher dimension, in a higher realm, and he has

12:01

a very hard time grounding into reality. So, thankfully, I was raised by parents

12:06

who grounded me and kept me in reality. But also, I was just drifting out to my

12:11

Pisces reality being like, well, what else is out there? So, I blend the two,

12:17

but it's never what I do has always been in me, but there's just been levels of

12:23

like how far down I push it and suppress it versus how much I allowed to express

12:28

it and, you know, live it. You know,

12:31

>> you said that and I have so many questions. I don't even I'm just like um

12:35

like yeah, I'm speechless now, which is not known for me. But, okay. So when you

12:39

said that you would do things as a kid, like what were things that you would do

12:43

that you were like it's so Jana but it was actually really listening to

12:46

crystals or activity or something like how like what were some things that

12:49

would happen that would be different than another child doing something like

12:52

give us examples.

12:53

>> Yeah, I mean like a lot of the thing like I was a kid who wanted to have

12:57

candles in my room so young so so so young and it was my my mom was like no.

13:04

Um,

13:05

>> and also like I was a young kid when my friends would come to me and ask me for

13:12

advice on things, little things, things that were insignificant. And then as I

13:15

became a teenager, it was like they'd come to me and ask me about boys or

13:19

about fighting with their own parents or whatever the thing was. And I would be

13:22

able to like literally channel these answers for them. And they'd be like,

13:26

"Well, what did you just say? Can you say that again?" And I'm like, "I don't

13:29

know what I just said." But I didn't know that I was channeling. I was just

13:33

being Janna. I was just letting it come through my my

13:38

>> Yeah.

13:39

>> myself, you know, and so it and and there were lots of things like that.

13:44

Just being able to read a room, tapping in, knowing, you know, coming into a

13:49

space that I'd never been. Like I remember being very young and my dad, my

13:53

stepdad, um did a lot of work with with Big Brothers Big Sisters. He was the

13:58

chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters. And I remember going to a Christmas party when

14:03

we were I I was maybe 10 or 11. And I remember being there and feeling the

14:10

pain of these little siblings and feeling how exciting it was that they

14:15

were getting a Christmas present. And I was like the the pain of that was living

14:21

in my body in a way that I had to like learn boundaries about and learn how to

14:25

actually create layers of myself. But those kinds of things were innate for

14:32

me. It was just normal. I could feel that and know it and know that this

14:37

person was suffering in this way because their parent was this and this and this

14:42

or that kid was having this experience. Like my gift is that I can see what's in

14:47

people's blind spots, what they don't see, especially with the little ones

14:52

because I can feel the way that their parents

14:55

do try try to get them to be in this reality which is complex. And so

15:02

yeah, the Did I answer your question?

15:05

>> Yes. No, I'm okay. So you so that in your 20s you start to own this more,

15:09

right? You have this experience to where you you know have your eating disorder.

15:13

You almost try to take your own life but you come back because

15:16

>> did the voices save you in that moment in your attempt to take your own life?

15:24

>> Not in that moment. No, in that moment it was like I don't want to hear

15:29

anymore. I don't want to be this way and I can't deny that I am. And like where's

15:36

the exit strategy? Where's the where's the reality that's not this one? And so

15:41

I tried to take my life so I wouldn't have to navigate it anymore when I came.

15:45

>> What was your perception of death at that point?

15:48

>> Uh I saw it as a as a end

15:51

>> as like a That's right. Yeah. Um but now I'm highly aware that it is not there is

15:57

no such thing as end. There just isn't. There is no such thing. Cobalistically

16:02

we call this the suff the like no ending. There is no end. There is only

16:07

regeneration of source energy forever and ever and ever. Time is fake.

16:11

Everything is make believe. We're all just connected to this bigger source.

16:15

>> Wow.

16:16

>> But when I came back in the beginning, it there was still a

16:22

lot of density around like I guess I'm still up in this [ __ ] I guess I'm

16:27

still here. Um and then

16:30

>> but you failed is what I'm just like. So

16:32

>> correct. So, I was gone for 11 minutes and they brought me back.

16:36

>> And my memory of it while I was on the other side is that my

16:40

great-grandmothers, my mother's mother's mother, and my father's mother's mother

16:44

came forward. They've been with me my whole life and I've always been able to

16:47

connect with them. They both came forward and they were like, "You are too

16:51

early. Go back."

16:53

>> So, they offered me the choice and I chose to go back. When I did, first the

17:00

density was very heavy and there were some real life things going on. I had a

17:05

full-blown eating disorder. I was they had diagnosed me borderline personality,

17:09

also bipolar. Like they had given me they were trying to figure out what was

17:13

wrong with me, but there was nothing wrong with me. I was just Jana and I had

17:16

a lot of emotions and sensitivities and a psychic gift that was being

17:20

suppressed. And the more that I've let myself be this like psychotic psychic,

17:26

the more that I've lived into, it's all good. It's fine. Like there's still a

17:29

lot of density in the reality. There's still a lot of real things that exist

17:34

here, but there's also an a there's also a a beyond that is very touchable if you

17:40

let yourself, you know.

17:42

>> So now you So this is in your 20s. Um and so then at what point were you like,

17:47

okay, so you so you started to lean into it more, right? you started more of it

17:51

>> and like fast forward to today and we don't know how old you are but like the

17:55

past years okay 41 so for the past 20 years you have now been able to channel

18:00

more into that and so now you work in that realm of listener you're Jana's a

18:06

psychic right you're a psychic psychic healer connector so tell us about

18:11

because listen there are skeptics right there are skeptics um out there you know

18:15

we've talked about mediums there's smalls and large

18:18

>> that's part of my Right.

18:20

>> It's part of my gift

18:22

>> and like it's so tell us a little bit about like how you help people. How do

18:25

we know and I'm not calling you I'm not calling you not real but how do we know

18:29

that like what you're saying is is real like tell us about that because there's

18:32

some people like no way.

18:33

>> Yeah. So I do have the gift of mediumship and I used to really really

18:37

blow people's minds with it um all the time especially so when I first returned

18:44

into my body which is like you can be as skeptical of all the things as you want.

18:48

The facts are I was gone for 11 minutes and I am back still here breathing. When

18:53

I came back, spirit because I had this understanding of of the psyche and I

18:59

spent a lot of time in therapy but also an equal amount of time learning about

19:04

metaphysics, learning about physics itself, studying astrology, studying

19:08

cabala, studying quantum human design, studying studying studying because my

19:12

Gemini moon is very curious. Um, I let myself go really really deep into

19:20

allowing that I can hear these voices for a reason.

19:26

And so the more that I let myself lean into that, the more that the muscle

19:30

strengthened. And so like I have a course that I teach called psychic

19:34

literacy because I know that what I do is not special. Literally every single

19:40

person can do what I do. We're just not taught. We're taught the opposite.

19:44

Because if everybody knew that they were psychic, all of capitalism would

19:48

collapse in an instant. every system that we've known and understood would

19:54

dissolve and if that happened overnight it would be madness. So for the system

20:01

not for humans humans would be fine. Um so yeah you know it it really became a

20:09

a game for me of allowing of like tolerating and by the way like that's

20:14

what meditation is just allowing your thoughts. And so what I started to

20:18

notice was the messages were coming through and it was clear for me in the

20:24

way that you know me being at this Christmas party for Big Brothers Big

20:28

Sisters, the feelings I was feeling. I'm like I I'm not emotional. I'm Jewish. I

20:34

don't even celebrate Christmas. This is not even my holiday. I don't quote care.

20:38

I I care but I don't care.

20:40

>> And suddenly I I'm having all of these deep emotions like hold on these are not

20:46

mine. Who are these messages for?

20:51

>> And then as soon as I was creating boundaries and feeling what my strength

20:55

is, like doing those reps of like, oh, the message is coming through this way.

20:59

I'm hearing this. I'm feeling this. I know this. It's not mine. It's somebody

21:03

else's. What does that mean? Suddenly, I was like feel I was very strong. And of

21:09

course, because I'm a bit of a disruptor,

21:12

>> the more that I let myself call myself a healer, call myself a psychic, an

21:17

astrologer, all these things, it shapes people. I don't look like a psychic,

21:23

right? But I promise that my gift is real. And so it does something to

21:29

reality just to be like this girl. Okay.

21:32

>> Well, so you must get asked all the time, you know, do you feel anything

21:36

when you're in front of people? Like so let's just try it out here. Is there

21:39

anything coming through to you right now from either one of us? Like are you

21:41

feeling are there any voices telling you anything? Anything that like does it

21:44

work like that? Like tell us how it works? Like do you do you see anyone

21:46

behind? Like tell us

21:49

>> there definitely is a woman. Um without question. Um but the way that it

21:56

works is like you know I I can ask like who is she?

22:01

You know, how does she The way she's showing up is like lovingly between you

22:09

and she's showing up uh like

22:15

hand on shoulders

22:17

>> like here.

22:19

>> That's

22:20

>> I know. But what shoulder? Like okay. actually like on the like she's

22:25

she's you know outside of both of you as in like there's a big protection that

22:29

she holds around the two of you that whoever she is I don't know if it's you

22:34

know your mother or your mother or who she might be and also the the way that

22:41

okay let me when I talk about spirit I often talk about spirit as being

22:46

something much much greater than us in the sense that like we tiny pitily human

22:51

beings are like ants and spirit is like the size of a human. So there is this

22:59

much bigger self that we become when we leave the body

23:03

>> and from that much bigger source I am feeling a woman. I am feeling a feminine

23:10

presence and again who it might be you can clarify with me in a moment and we

23:14

can do more of this game.

23:16

>> Yeah. Yeah. Um but who it might be is part of that an SOF is part of the the

23:23

source of all and the reason that it comes through for you guys is because

23:29

you're still in physical and you were connected to this person in some

23:34

meaningful way in life and her essence holds you both through this experience.

23:41

>> Interesting.

23:42

>> If you really want to see how it works, give me some context. Who is she?

23:46

I mean, it could be a million different people. I I wouldn't even know who would

23:50

you who what would you lead into?

23:52

>> It could be your mother.

23:54

>> Your grandma my mother. My mother.

23:57

>> Yeah. It could be I mean it could be a um my grandmother, his mom. Um that's

24:02

first. I would just think that would probably be like that would be

24:05

my grandmother.

24:06

>> Well, those are the ones we've known in life.

24:08

>> Yeah, that's ones. Yeah, we've known. But yeah,

24:10

>> but I also think that it could be like someone I what it could be someone I've

24:14

never met before. You know, someone who

24:16

>> unlikely.

24:18

>> Unlikely.

24:18

>> My name.

24:19

>> The way that it works,

24:20

>> who's your name say?

24:21

>> Annie.

24:22

>> Uh, could be. Yeah, it could be.

24:24

>> Yep. So,

24:25

>> yep. Um, the way that it works is that at least

24:30

for me, I always say spirit uses me like a switchboard. So, they can see who's

24:35

before me and then plug in. They just they plug in and they give the messages.

24:41

So

24:42

>> it does feel like it is your mother. It it just does.

24:48

>> Yours. Yes.

24:50

>> She fe because the the feeling is that she belongs to you but she cares

24:57

>> for Jamie, right? that there's this feeling of like, you know, and

25:03

>> the way she's showing up is, yes, she does feel very maternal, but I don't

25:08

jump to conclusions and we're not quote in a container here, right? We're not

25:13

right. And so the the messages that she has are mostly about like the way that

25:20

you guys operate. There's like a a big pride in the fact that you guys are able

25:24

to do what you're doing together, the way that you do it and the way that it

25:28

moves so smoothly. It is such a um like she's like a reverse mirror of your

25:34

dynamic with her and the way that she was with you and then there's like this

25:39

gift of being able to sort of like bridge that that rainbow over you and

25:45

all of the gift that you are. There's there's a lot of that kind of energy

25:49

coming through, which is why it does feel like your mom. Um, and and yeah,

25:55

just like a like a you're doing all right, kid is

26:01

like kind of what's what's there. Yeah,

26:04

>> that's cool. I love that. I mean, you might guess must get asked that all of

26:07

the

26:07

>> constantly. Constantly.

26:08

>> Yeah. All of the time. Like, you know, what what are you seeing? What are you

26:11

feeling? And it's got to be really hard. So, how do you sleep? You know, like we

26:15

like I know it to be, you know, like you think about the movies like um uh what's

26:19

six sense, right? Like you know, and it's like I see dead people like do you

26:23

ever see figures or you just feel the energy?

26:26

>> I so I don't see I hear um but um I sleep real well. I'm a Pisces. I sleep

26:34

real in fact I prefer sleep. Um I prefer sleep most of the time. Um how do I

26:41

sleep? I mean sleeping is not the problem. And and really the issue with

26:45

all of that um with the hearing is the boundary. So what I say by we're not in

26:52

a container is that I used to literally be on the street, see somebody, hear

26:57

their loved one come through and cross the street to talk to them and be like,

27:02

"Hi, I know this is weird, but I can hear this thing and I'm meant to give

27:08

you this message." And the thing that I would end up saying would be so deeply

27:13

meaningful that I would have total strangers crying on the street. And that

27:18

was very overwhelming. Not because I could hear it, but because I didn't I

27:23

felt compelled to go and give this thing.

27:27

>> I can't even imagine walking down the street and someone coming up to me and

27:29

being like, "By the way, here's a message from the dead."

27:32

>> It was very like Teresa Caputo, you know? It was very like Yeah. And though

27:39

I know it serves beautiful like messages, it it was draining for me. And

27:44

so what I've done over the 20 years that I've been back in my body is

27:51

fortify my own container that I don't want to just be

27:57

blowing people's minds in this way all the time cuz it is a lot for me. And it

28:02

was part of why my own mental health was never in balance. And so for me it's

28:07

like if there is I want to say like no good reason to go

28:13

there I don't go there but if there is a good reason we can go there you know

28:18

>> do you ever get and I've asked this before of people that have this gift

28:22

>> what if there's a message that comes in that's not a great message right like

28:25

>> I don't I don't I don't I no spirit and I have an agreement um I am not here to

28:31

be a deliverer of anything that you cannot handle. So if I and now I I

28:38

definitely give messages of like well maybe there is something that you're not

28:43

looking at that you need to look at and that can be hard

28:47

>> drawer left hand side.

28:49

>> Yeah. Exactly. Um, but I don't I don't believe in

28:57

delivering bad news.

29:02

>> And I don't um and I very much believe in in the importance of free will and

29:08

your capacity to choose. I think that we all have a destiny, but I think that how

29:12

we arrive at that destiny can best be achieved through free will. So I'm not

29:17

going to tell you this is gonna happen.

29:20

>> Yeah. Because if you if I tell you, one of two things will happen. You'll create

29:25

resistance to it or you'll lean into it. And then you'll never know if it's yours

29:29

or if I created it, which is not my job.

29:32

>> Yeah.

29:33

>> Period.

29:34

>> So, I don't give bad news. Period. At all.

29:37

>> It's so interesting. So, um, we I was a moderator for a conference earlier this

29:41

year, and one of the it was an author, and her name's Allison Richmond, and she

29:45

wrote a book called The Missing Pages,

29:47

>> and it's a historical fiction about the Titanic.

29:50

>> And so, she, it's in the book, they talk about a haunting, and she wanted to make

29:54

sure that she got it right, that she like, she understood it right, she

29:57

didn't put something in there that was wrong. And so, she proactively reached

30:00

out to a medium to talk with him about like, you know, what would a haunting

30:04

actually look like? What what can ghost from the past actually do? and he like

30:08

really corrected on a few things. So, I'd love to hear your take on that

30:10

because and it's it's wild because I when I was interviewing her, she was

30:13

sharing with stuff that she met with him, she didn't give any context about

30:16

the book and he came back and he actually shared information with her

30:19

>> that helped them solve something from the Titanic years later like it was

30:23

actually it's a wild story. Um, but like do you feel like everyday people like

30:28

hauntings wise, right? Like is that real? Like can the ghost come you hear

30:31

them

30:32

>> but could like a ghost move something? Could it go I mean like what what should

30:36

other people be aware of that you like experience?

30:40

>> I mean yes to all of that because to my point from a metaphysical perspective

30:48

nothing is real. Everything is a projection of the mind.

30:53

We are being constantly moved by spirit. Constantly we are being given signs and

30:59

symbols and numbers and and I I mean the universe the the universe is constantly

31:06

constantly sending us messages constantly. But we are very very

31:10

programmed to dim them out and not tune in and not do the things. And you know

31:15

if people are curious how you are doing that for yourself I have a little quiz

31:20

on my website that you can go to that will show you how you're doing it. But

31:24

>> the the point that I'm trying to make is that it's it's really is all make

31:30

believe. And sometimes as that teeny tiny little ant, spirit will come in and

31:35

move you from a ledge that you don't know you're about to fall off of and

31:38

move you. And sometimes that looks like your door creaking open. Sometimes that

31:44

looks like, you know, a crystal that you know you put one place, it's gone all of

31:48

a sudden or whatever those things might be. Sometimes those things do happen

31:55

because none of this is real. It is scientifically proven that if you are

32:00

not observing what you are observing, it is inobservable and it is infinite

32:04

possibilities of force. There are supernatural things

32:10

that happen because we live in a supernatural reality, but our brains

32:17

don't want us to. So the skeptics are just to me they're just in a density

32:21

that I'm like you'll get there. It's not my business. It's fine. I don't need to

32:24

convince you of how real or not real this reality is. We all exist in a

32:28

dimension that is far beyond this. And we will go back to that dimension

32:32

eventually. And when we do, there will be a different understanding from that

32:36

consciousness. But in this consciousness, it's not my business

32:38

whether people believe it or not. But yes, hauntings really do happen. And a

32:42

lot of it is because there is a vibration of something that is not yet

32:51

complete that those entities feel they want completion. They're

32:56

they're they're sticking to it. And so they stay in the density even though

33:01

they're not in a body. And then there's like this almost

33:06

like spiritual psychosis that's happening, but they're not in a body,

33:11

which is exactly actually what The Six Sense is about, right? It's about a guy

33:14

who doesn't even realize he's dead.

33:16

>> Yeah.

33:17

>> Spoiler.

33:17

>> Oh, yeah. Spoiler alert.

33:20

>> And Johnny Wahberg like lost a ton of weight for it. But um no, so no one ever

33:24

realized that was him in the movie. Um so how do you help people today? Like so

33:28

I know that you've already talked with us. you kind of share with that, but

33:30

like tell us about like how does somebody work with you? How does some

33:33

like what is that? I know you've got a website. Like what is your reality today

33:37

that you're doing with your superpower?

33:39

>> I train people that we are all psychic and I do it through the understanding of

33:46

your reality and the ways in which you specifically believe in the density and

33:51

are conditioned. So that could be childhood trauma, that could be um you

33:56

know just experiences from your life. also is connected to your astrology to

34:01

your natal chart from the moment that you took your first breath into this

34:04

density and got stuck for a life sentence. It also has it also has

34:09

everything to do with um you know the ways in which your life is being

34:13

expressed and then we look in the beyond. So that could be through oracle

34:18

cards or other channels. It could be just through like what sort of sometimes

34:23

feels like therapy sessions. Thankfully, I have, you know, probably 30,000 hours

34:28

of therapy under my belt after 40 years of having a schizophrenic father and my

34:32

own mental health stuff. So, I know a lot of therapeutic stuff and talk. I've

34:37

done CBT and DBT and I've done meditation and I've done classical

34:41

therapy and I've done hypnotherapy and I've done psycho, you know, psych

34:45

spiritual therapy and you name it. So, um I sort of blend all of those things

34:51

and I work in containers of 90 days or more. usually 90 days or a year

34:56

depending on how what people need and for what. And we look at, okay, who were

35:02

you designed to be and why the hell aren't you being that? What was in the

35:05

way? What stories are you stuck to? Because most of this density and the

35:09

reality, most of all of what humanity is is stories. We're just history. We're

35:14

just this thing happened and now I'm this or that thing didn't happen and now

35:20

I believe this. And so changing that narrative, changing your thoughts

35:25

changes your reality. We know this to be true. And so I literally I I talk about

35:31

it like just it's psychic boot camp. We're just strengthening those muscles.

35:36

Understanding how your gifts show up, in what ways, for what purpose, what are

35:40

you here for, what's in the way of you being that self, and then how do you

35:44

live fully and completely like it doesn't matter.

35:47

>> Yeah.

35:48

>> All the conditioning. Um, I'd love to give the audience a little teaser,

35:50

right? Like what are some things that they can do to channel their own psychic

35:54

power even more? You know, like is there like little things that you start off

35:58

with that would be advice to them to say, "Hey, try doing this." I mean, I

36:02

there's people who have passed in my life who I would love to be able to

36:05

connect with. I would love to just like have one more conversation or just to

36:09

somehow connect with them again. And I'm sure there are many listeners who feel

36:12

the same way that there's people that they would love to just have like

36:15

another moment or to feel their presence or something like that. So what are some

36:20

things that we can do that without giving away your coaching but just some

36:23

like teaser?

36:24

>> No, sure. No, of course.

36:25

>> Help people connect with that.

36:27

>> You have to quiet yourself and get into a nice quiet spot.

36:30

>> Shut up. I'm just kidding.

36:34

>> You're right. You're exact. That is exactly what I was going to say is like

36:38

well have you turned off your phone and your TV and all of the other things that

36:42

are distracting you and let yourself receive those messages because we are

36:48

antenna. We are we are constantly constantly sending out a signal and

36:54

receiving a signal. If you want to hear from a loved one, get very specific and

37:01

trust that it's going to happen and then sh

37:07

really and truly that's all it is. So in a more practical way, let's say that

37:13

you're like, I really want to connect with this particular friend

37:17

>> or whomever. Think about what their life was and the

37:22

ways in which you connected with them. Right?

37:28

Let's say for example that there was a particular movie that you watched with

37:33

this person that like every time you watched this movie you were like, "Oh

37:37

god, that movie killed us. We loved it. It was our thing." You know, or maybe

37:41

it's not a movie. Maybe you baked together. Maybe you whatever the thing

37:46

is, okay? Maybe you played in the field together. Whatever. Think about what

37:50

your lived experience was with this person. And then think about what that

37:54

special thing is. What is that thing? I have a girlfriend who passed away years

37:57

ago and she was she used to make these beautiful

38:03

intricate dream catchers like just out of string and she'd make them in these

38:09

big beautiful frames and she was incredible.

38:13

I know that every time I see a dream catcher I'm like I know you're out there

38:18

girl. Thank you so much. Love and miss you. That's like my sign with her

38:22

specifically. My grandmother, my my mom's mom who's passed, she and I have a

38:29

ladybug agreement. Period. Her husband and I have dimes. We He will always send

38:37

me silver coins. He was He It used to be pennies, but now we don't have them in

38:40

Canada anymore. So, but he was a guy who literally until he was too old to do it

38:47

picked up pennies and he was a very successful man. He picked up pennies

38:51

until the day he couldn't do it anymore. So now I know when I see coins, he's

38:55

sending me a message. Sometimes it's numbers. You can say, "Okay, well they

38:59

were this age when they died or they died on this date. Send me a message."

39:06

Then trust the messages coming. Sit in silence for a little while and then go

39:11

out and live your life and observe how many ladybugs come across your your

39:15

path. Maybe not physical ladybugs. Maybe a ladybug is painted on the side or

39:19

maybe you see a a you know a bug Volkswagen bug or m right like there are

39:25

so many different ways that they come through but the more that you doubt

39:28

yourself thanks conditioning the less that you believe that this message is

39:33

coming there for you and I will say numbers are the best way this is why

39:38

people get all hype about 11-11 but I promise you that 528 is as significant

39:45

as 11-11 if somebody died on May 28th or if May 28th was their birthday or if May

39:53

28th was the day they got married or whatever. But it's really about

39:57

connecting the dots and trusting that in the all that is in in the aim in the no

40:04

ending space in in source it is all connected. And the more that you're like

40:10

that's crazy never mind that's a coincidence. Well, okay, if you say so.

40:15

And also the opposite.

40:18

>> Yeah. I think it it's so I can't even imagine

40:24

how

40:26

>> like I coined myself coin. Sorry. There there there it is. He just gave me

40:29

another one. Um as like an empathic. I feel the energy of other people, but I

40:33

can't even imagine how you are every single day feeling that and navigating

40:37

that. And you know what do you do to outside? You already said you channel

40:42

it, you bring it in, but how do you quiet your noise?

40:46

>> I do spend a lot of time alone a lot. Um, and my alone time is

40:53

productive alone time, meaning I'm meditating. I play with my crystal

40:57

bowls. I have tuning forks. I like I I, you know, red lights and all

41:03

the things that I need to do. I light my candles at night. I I spend time with me

41:08

in productive ways. And I actively when I leave the house or

41:15

when I do anything, I know that I have an energetic field. I have an aura. I

41:20

have a a capacity. Mine is large. I know it. I'm 5'1, but I promise that

41:25

energetically I'm not. Um, and so I spend a lot of time repairing the holes.

41:33

I'm very, very conscientious about what creates holes.

41:38

drugs, alcohol, like any of those things. Like I don't smoke a lot of

41:41

weed, I don't drink, I don't do any of those kinds of things because it creates

41:46

holes that lets energy leak in. So too with all of the things that we're

41:51

consuming, right? You are what you eat. So I'm also mindful about what goes in

41:57

my body, what goes in my eyes, what goes in my brain, what am I reading, what am

42:02

I connecting to, who do I let around my energy field, who do I need to like put

42:07

a little bit further, what relationships are draining, what relationships are

42:11

lifegiving. I'm I'm extremely conscientious about those things almost

42:16

obsessively

42:18

>> so that when I go out in the world and give my gift I get to do it in a way

42:23

that actually is nourishing because I come whole and complete and when you

42:28

look at

42:29

>> correct when you look at empathic children they don't yet know that

42:33

they're not whole and complete right they learn it through the conditioning

42:38

but when you watch them you'll also see that very very sensitive children will

42:46

create boundaries for themselves. They'll go my niece is one of them is I

42:51

mean they all are but one in particular she is so sensitive. She's cancer.

42:57

She is so sensitive that when she's not regulated she knows I need a minute and

43:03

she'll go away and do her own thing and just regulate herself because she knows

43:08

she's just got to get back into her shell. Right. I gotta go. I gotta go in.

43:12

I gotta I gotta get in there. And so we have these tools. And what I do is

43:17

fortify the boundary. So that whatever is happening inside is mine. Whatever's

43:22

happening outside is not. So I'm not absorbing everybody's everything, which

43:27

I used to do a lot. And empaths do that a lot. And then they wear it like like

43:32

it's part of their braveness. Like I I feel everybody's everything. Like girl,

43:36

that is not a flex. It's not a flex.

43:38

>> It's not a flex. It's a weakness.

43:40

>> Yeah.

43:42

>> Janet, is is dad still with us?

43:45

>> Yep.

43:46

>> What What's When was his first schizophrenic incident? Pardon my voice.

43:50

I got a little langitis.

43:51

>> No problem. I hope you feel better. You need some ginger and lemon.

43:54

>> Um

43:55

>> I'll take

43:59

>> So, it's very difficult to give that answer.

44:03

Um his mother will say that in the 60s when he was a teenager he started doing

44:09

a lot of acid and that that exponentiated.

44:14

>> She will also tell stories about his childhood from very young when he was

44:19

still sleeping in a crib and that he could do things psychically and she's

44:25

extremely psychic and she and I are very psychically connected. We often will

44:29

send each other messages in the fifth dimension and then message, you know,

44:32

reach out to each other in physical. Did you hear that? Did you see that? Are you

44:36

okay? Whatever it is. She had a fall a couple weeks ago and my father told me

44:40

about it. He does not speak to her. He said, "Grandma, grandma needs the

44:44

hospital." And then I called her and was like, "Are you okay?" She said, "No, I

44:50

was I had a fall. How did you know?" And I was like, "Dad told me." And she was

44:54

like, "I didn't I haven't spoken to him. I don't want him to know." And I was

44:57

like, well, he already knows, but okay. Um, so it's hard to know when that first

45:03

began. If my father were born today, we would say he's a special needs child on

45:09

the spectrum, but he was born not today.

45:13

>> And so, you know, the way that his energy was, it was hard to navigate. And

45:19

then he had a very, very traumatic experience. when he was 8 years old, my

45:25

grandmother's father died in New York. They were living here in Toronto and

45:29

they drove from here. They were driving to New York and on the way they had a

45:35

very serious car accident. My father went through the window and was

45:40

literally lucky to be alive and thought that his parents were dead. My

45:44

grandmother thought that he was. It was like truly a miraculous thing that he

45:50

even lived through it. and she says that was the beginning of the

45:56

end for him and he says that was the beginning of the end for her. I imagine

46:02

if one person loses their father and almost loses their son in the same day

46:07

that's a traumatizing moment and relating to that kid who has a lot of

46:11

energy and intensity and a four planetary stellium in Scorpio. It's a

46:18

lot.

46:20

>> Yeah. And then it started to manifest. So then he was not getting what he

46:24

needed from his mother. And then you know 9 10 11 now hormones are coming in

46:29

and he had a brand new adopted baby sister. And then the rebelliousness in

46:34

teenage years and then the normal things for his age group of you know tripping

46:39

on acid doing this and that whatever but then he sort of left his body and never

46:45

came back. He's gone up into a dimension that he cannot come back down into. When

46:51

I found him when he had been homeless, so he showed up at our front door. My

46:56

grandmother didn't recognize him.

46:58

>> And I went got in the car and drove to town to go and find him cuz he had left

47:03

from our front door. I checked the cameras and he had gone back down into

47:07

town. And I got in the car and I found him and he knew exactly who I was. I

47:13

said, "It's Janna." He knew exactly who I was, but could barely string a

47:18

sentence together, barely make things make sense because four years of being

47:23

on the street talking to himself and 40 plus years of being out of his mind, in

47:29

and out of institutions, on and off medications, this medication, that

47:33

medication, this thing, that treatment, electroshock therapies, this thing. you

47:37

know, he was like as a as a teen, a young teen, he was sent to military

47:43

school, but then also was like strapped to a bed, you know, in in psych war.

47:49

It's like, how could anybody ever be okay after that? It's so hard to know.

47:54

So, from my perspective, he was like a very psychic kid who did not get any of

48:00

the tools to be on the spectrum of light.

48:04

>> Yeah.

48:04

>> And then went off the rails.

48:05

>> Yeah. because you understand it.

48:07

>> Correct.

48:07

>> We are about out of time. Is there any advice that you want to give to us that

48:12

you're feeling or anything that you want to share with our listeners? Any last

48:15

minute thoughts that are coming to you before we wrap up our conversation?

48:19

>> Who's the young boy?

48:21

>> That's me.

48:23

>> I don't know. Young I don't know how what age

48:27

>> I don't know

48:28

>> what's he saying to you.

48:29

>> Any physical characteristics?

48:31

>> No, I don't see I hear. So,

48:33

>> any saying anything?

48:36

>> Any names?

48:53

>> No. I It's clear that there has been a loss,

48:58

like a big one, in your family. If if you're seeing him as a boy, he

49:03

must have passed as a boy

49:06

>> possibly or maybe there was like a a miscarriage or like it really does work

49:13

like that, you know, and so and again, I don't know whose miscarriage, right? But

49:19

there is um a little boy and there is a mother. But again, right, like it's so

49:28

vague in that sense. tied more to me or to Jamie?

49:33

>> More to you.

49:35

>> More to you.

49:36

>> The mother figure that's there as well, too. Are they too separate?

49:42

>> They're distant. They're They're distant. They're tied.

49:49

Everything. I mean, they're for you guys, so they're tied.

49:51

>> Yeah.

49:52

>> Right.

49:52

>> Yeah.

49:53

>> I don't know about that. We'll have to go back and ask the family. I had a

49:56

brother who died very young and he was going to be the last child of the family

50:01

and he passed unusual circumstances and they had me be like a substitute for

50:06

him. So it's kind of if he was he was alive I still be on the other side

50:10

someplace.

50:11

>> Huh. Huh. Yeah. That's very interesting. Yeah it interesting. Um

50:21

yeah I get it. the Okay. Okay. I'm gonna give it to you

50:26

like it's coming through because there it is now. Now that I have the pieces,

50:30

um, it certainly feels like and I don't know

50:35

how this affects you in your life today and I don't know how it shows up in your

50:39

relationship as, you know, father and daughter and it almost is irrelevant.

50:45

Sorry, Jamie. Um, but however this lands and you're I'm open

50:51

to whatever this opens for you to to dialogue about it. Um, the story that

50:58

you were the replacement or the like substitute is not the truth

51:05

that you were extremely wanted and not just as a standin.

51:13

And so sorry.

51:15

>> I said, "Does it make him feel better?"

51:17

>> Long time ago.

51:18

>> Yeah.

51:20

>> Yeah. But it still shows up because you're still here.

51:22

>> Yeah.

51:24

>> It's wild.

51:25

>> We're We're catching the next plane to Toronto.

51:27

>> Yeah. Well, we'll be able to come in there. Jana, thank you so much for being

51:52

51:53

>> I cannot promise you a strange vortex here in Sarasota, but should you find

51:57

51:58

>> Are you in Sarasota? Yeah,

52:02

>> I'll be there in like two weeks. Should we have lunch?

52:05

>> Oh my god. Yes, 100%. So, yes. Okay. So, we will we'll private message off of

52:09

this. Um,

52:10

>> yeah, I was gonna say like,

52:12

>> yeah, I'll email you. We'll get together for sure. Um,

52:14

>> that's where my dad is. That's where my grandmother is.

52:17

>> So, we have some friends with we're going to connect. We have some families

52:21

that we know with the same last name in this area. So, I don't know if it's

52:23

connected or not. We won't do it publicly here, but I'll email you. We'll

52:26

52:28

>> I would love that.

52:29

>> Yes. Thank you so much.

52:30

>> We didn't make this up.

52:31

>> No, we didn't. Like, that's crazy.

52:33

>> Literally could not have. And this is very excit. No, I'm never sweating.

52:40

>> Well, on that note, go cool off. I will message you. Thank you for being our

52:44

52:48

lucky to get to do this together. You should know that.

52:51

>> We I'm super grateful. Yes.

52:54

>> He's wanted for sure with me. So,

52:56

>> thank you so much, Jana. We'll talk soon. All right. Bye. Bye.

53:01

see I mean but yeah but like that's I mean did you ever feel that way growing

53:05

up that you weren't like you really weren't wanted? It wasn't a question not

53:08

being wanted. It was a question that may not have ever materialized if he was

53:12

there. My, you know, my mother's sisters couldn't have kids. They had three. Mom

53:16

had three kids and that was that was the max. They couldn't afford more than

53:19

that. So, they had no plan of having any more beyond him. But the way he died was

53:23

just so unusual. You know, play with the neighbor and neighbor he fell off the

53:26

bed, a combination of stuff that they would not have had another child.

53:29

>> That's why Well, thank goodness that we they did because none of this would have

53:32

happened without you being part of it.

53:35

>> Listener,

53:36

>> we don't even know what this is. We could be I'm in the ether right now.

53:39

>> What a like what an energy, right? Like she's just like full. I like just I felt

53:42

that aura. So listener, we hope that you enjoyed this episode as well too. We

53:46

will post Jana's information so you can connect with her and tap into your

53:50

psychic abilities or learn more from her. Dad, thanks for

53:54

>> the problem is when you sit with you, you got to say, "Don't think that. Don't

53:56

think that."

53:57

>> I know. I was nervous. I was like, "What's you know, there's obviously

54:01

there's been great loss in my life. Um, so I wasn't sure what would come

54:04

through, but if your mom is certainly here with us, I'll take that all day

54:08

long. Oh, I have to remind you about something when we get off this call, by

54:10

the way.

54:11

>> I'm going to have to build one of those tin foil helmets to put on.

54:13

>> Oh my goodness. All right, listener, thank you for listening. Thank you for

54:16

joining us. Jana, thank you again. That's her story. If you've got a story
